Here are the books and links that I have found helpful in understanding fibromyalgia and how to get started on the guaifenesin treatment. 

Dr. St. Amand and Claudia’s book is necessary for you to get started on the guai treatment.  It is best if you own the book as you will need to refer to it quite a bit when first starting.  If you don’t have the means to purchase it, at this time, check your library and your inter-library loan services.  That’s where I first found the book.  The revised and updated book came out in January 2006.
